EU orders: we cover customs duties up to €150. Outside the UK and EU, your order may be charged import duties or taxes when it arrives. Check with your local customs office if you're not sure. Next day isn't available during Black Friday week. Let us know within 10 days of the expected delivery date about missing or damaged parcels. We don't recommend asking for parcels to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Returns
- UK: tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. International: 21 days from delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in the original packaging.
- Return postage is paid by you, unless we made a mistake. Send it tracked and signed for.
- We refund to your original payment method. Prefer store credit? Pick it when you start your return.
- Faulty or wrong items get a replacement or money back.
- Underwear and socks can't be returned once the hygiene seal or packaging is opened.
- We process returns within 7 working days.
